Vladislava Gench, the vibrant face of GREEN GENCH, actively engages in interviews and shows, contributing to the brand's visibility alongside her mother, Svetlana Zapryagaeva. Born four years ago, the brand encapsulates Svetlana's lifelong dream of being a designer and her enduring passion for altering clothes. Their journey into upcycling and customization, spanning three decades, has become a testament to sustainable fashion.

The inspiration for their animal-shaped bags emerged when a friend requested a custom bag in the form of Alfred the chameleon. Despite initial surprise, the project's success propelled them to specialize in crafting bags shaped like animals. Using polypropylene yarn for durability and cotton for realistic aesthetics, their creations, including the impressive Ivan the fox made from shampoo bottles, stand out as a blend of artistry and eco-conscious innovation.

Notably, GREEN GENCH actively participates in environmental competitions, exemplified by Ivan the fox, strategically crafted to showcase alternative plastic recycling methods. Their commitment extends to repurposing textile waste, unraveling old sweaters, and transforming thrift store finds, ensuring a multifaceted approach to sustainability.

From crafting clothing pieces like trousers and coats to incorporating Vladislava's grandmother's old garments, the brand's transformative journey intertwines creativity, family history, and a steadfast dedication to sustainable fashion.
